Is the home furnished?
Yes. Common spaces are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable places to relax. Private bedrooms are furnished with a full-sized bed, sheets and blankets, a desk and chair, closet, and nightstand. Rooms do not have private bathrooms.
What amenities are included with the rent?
Rent includes access to the shared facilities, basic kitchen utensils, cookware, tableware, workspaces, and musical instruments. Housemates are responsible for day-to-day cleaning, and shared spaces are cleaned once a month.
How long is the lease?
The minimum stay is one month. Longer stays are welcome, and lease terms can be discussed based on availability.
What do you look for in housemates?
The Chandlery is best suited for people who are comfortable sharing a home with others and are respectful of shared spaces.
Are there house rules?
House guidelines help keep shared living comfortable. Residents are also encouraged to communicate openly and establish expectations together.
How private is the space?
All residents have their own private bedroom that can be locked. All residents respectfully share the kitchen, bathrooms, and furnished common areas.
Is smoking allowed in the home?
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Residents and their guests also may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets -- but raising a pet in a shared space with the needs of diverse residents poses too many challenges to allow pets at the home. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free off street parking is available for residents.
Are overnight guests allowed?
Occasional overnight guests are welcome. Longer visits should be discussed and approved in advance so they don’t disrupt the shared living environment.
How are disputes handled?
Most concerns are resolved through communication between housemates. If needed, management is available to help.
Are utilities included in the rental price?
All utilities are included in the monthly rent, including internet.

Single Room
Single private bedrooms are furnished with a full-sized bed, sheets and blankets, a desk and chair, closet, and nightstand. The single rooms do not have private bathrooms.
$1050/MONTH
Salon Room
The salon room is the same as the single bedrooms. However, this room is nearly double the size, with an attached room that could be used as studio space or for other purposes. The salon room does not have a private bathroom.
